About ETC – EastCape Training Centre

ETC Training Centre is actively seeking an experienced Training Co-ordinator. This vital role will assist with obtaining and expanding our training accreditation for End User Computing (EUC) and New Venture Creation (NVC). We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of South African skills development and the occupational training environment, someone who can take full ownership of the accreditation process from preparation through to submission and approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide ETC through the accreditation process.
  • Assess current systems, facilities and documentation against accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate the accreditation submission.
  • Prepare ETC for audits, verification visits and site inspections.
  • Liaise with QCTO and/or relevant SETAs.
  • Manage submissions, timelines, feedback and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with training provider accreditation in South Africa.
  • Strong knowledge of QCTO and/or SETA requirements.
  • Relevant recognised Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator qualifications/registration.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant training experience.
  • Experience in coordinating training programmes and managing training resources.
  • Experience working with SETA accreditation and compliance requirements, preferably including Services SETA/MICT seta.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, expenditure and departmental resources.
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating a multidisciplinary team.
