Do You Have What It Takes? (Requirements):
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- More than 5 years motor vehicle sales experience
- Must have proof of selling 6+ cars consistently (last 6 months)
- Proficiency in Cross Selling – New & Used Vehicles
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Target driven with a proven track record
- Must be self-motivated and results orientated
Compensation & Benefits:
- R21 000 Monthly Salary (R12 000 Basic Salary + R9 000 Senior Salesman Allowance)
- Generous Commission paid on 1st & 2nd gross up to 17%
- R2 000 Medical Aid Contribution
- Company Car
- 8% Pension
