Position: Butchery Blockman
Location: Ermelo, Mpumalanga
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have retail butchery blockman experience
- Knowledge of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
- Experience with deboning, cutting, trimming, and portioning meat
- Knowledge of meat handling, storage, and hygiene standards
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
- Ability to operate butchery equipment safely
- Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
