Job Title: Civils Storeman

Location: Trichardt near Secunda, Mpumalanga
Key Responsibilities (Candidate duties but not limited to):
- To receive, issue, and store stock in store as per requirement.
- Ensure stock accuracy in the entire civil store.
- Receiving and verification of stock.
- Capturing of received goods on the system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Monitor deliveries and communicate delays to relevant staff.
- Stock control and stock take.
- Bookings out and recording of all store contents.
- Perform allocated administrative tasks.
- Ensure up-to-date filing of all documentation.
- Time & deadline management.
- Knowledge of small plant & civil work.
- Make sure all site equipment/plant is in a working order.
- Age: 30 – 40 years old.
- Willing to work overtime.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric.
- Experience in MS Word and Excel.
- Data capturing and stock taking experience.
- Experience in small plant services.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Own Transport.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good reporting skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Be fluent in Afrikaans & English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Strong planning and co-ordinating skills.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
