This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our valued visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting our daily administrative operations.
Job Details:
- Location: Long lake 20 Heaton Lane Linbro Sandton
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist with data capturing and correspondence when required.
- Maintain a neat, professional, and secure Reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Reception or Administrative Role.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and in a Fast-paced Environment.
