Key Responsibilities:
The Store Manager is integral to the overall performance, profitability, and daily operations of the store. This critical role involves driving sales, effectively leading and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing stock efficiently, and maintaining strict operational and legal compliance.
Your role will include:
- Achieve sales targets and actively manage store performance to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and continuously motivate the sales team to foster a high-achieving environment.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service standards.
- Efficiently manage stock levels, handle cash-ups, and oversee all daily store operations.
- Guarantee full compliance with all company policies and relevant labour legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven retail management experience, with a preference for experience in the furniture sector.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
- A results-oriented and target-focused approach to sales and business growth.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
