- Individualized 18-month program within Corporate Advanced Engineering Mechatronics
- Work in various challenging and international projects in Corporate Advanced Engineering Software development as well as related fields, incl. at least one stay abroad
- Work on Software for innovative products in an agile development team
- Targeted preparation for future role within Corporate Advanced Engineering in embedded Software development

Your Skills & Strengths
- Successfully completed study in Electronics, IT or Controls with an excellent Master degree
- Comprehensive know-how in embedded Software and Automotive technology in general
- International experience (e.g. semesters abroad, professional activities/ internships)
- Fascination for all forms of automotive mobility & transportation
- Very good knowledge of English and willingness to work internationally
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- High level of flexibility and strong goal orientation
