LGS Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to manage heavy-industrial, mining, and engineering project execution. This hands-on role requires a professional capable of coordinating onsite execution, managing contractors, and overseeing multiple work fronts while ensuring disciplined control of schedules, progress, cost, quality, and project records.

Recruitment Objective

Source a suitably qualified, hands-on Project Coordinator who can coordinate onsite execution, contractors and multiple work fronts while maintaining disciplined control of schedule, progress, cost, quality and project records.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or recognised technical qualification in engineering, project management, mechanical, electrical or a related discipline.
  • At least five years’ relevant experience in project coordination, construction supervision or project execution.
  • Heavy-industrial, mining, mineral-processing, manufacturing or engineering project experience.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, supervisors and multiple concurrent work fronts.
  • Practical understanding of schedules, progress measurement and short-term planning.
  • Exposure to project budgets, labour planning and cost awareness.
  • Working knowledge of QCPs, ITPs, risk assessments and permit systems.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
