Requirements:

- Ability to function as a liaison between students and management.
- Willingness to work on a 3-week on / 1-week off rotation.
- Own reliable transport and laptop.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Field guide/nature guide qualification, or Tourism qualification (minimum NQF4).
- Matric certificate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of conflict management and mediation.
- First aid/emergency procedures will be advantageous.
- Strong administration skills.

Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage and coordinate daily campus routines, registers, and activities, ensuring consistent adherence to campus standards, procedures, and responsibilities.
- Monitor students’ presence, behavior, and adherence to campus standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Facilitate effective communication between students and management.
- Lead, support, and manage junior student leaders.
- Document and report daily feedback.
- Monitor and support students’ personal and professional development, and compile a monthly progress report for each student.
- Act as a responsible role model and promote a professional, structured, and supportive campus environment.
- Daily responsibilities may vary according to the specific Trek Kampus, location, and program.
