The Learnership Program
This 12-month learnership program is designed to provide valuable workplace experience and practical exposure across various fields within the organization. Your most important attribute will be your attitude – optimistic, engaging, with a can-do stance, and willing to learn and grow through every single challenge.
Minimum Requirements
- Recent school leavers who have successfully completed Grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Hold South African citizenship.
- Interest in the manufacturing and engineering industry.
- Reside in Germiston or surrounding areas.
Required Documentation for Application
- Updated CV.
- Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate (Certified not more than 3 Months old).
- ID Copy (Certified not more than 3 Months old).
