SK Training and Projects is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Rigging Assessor / Moderator to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to conduct assessments and facilitate training programs for riggers and lifting personnel, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric Certificate or N3.
- National Certificate in Rigging (NQF Level3/4) or a recognised red seal rigger trade test.
- Must be a registered Assessor/Moderator with the relevant SETA or QCTO.
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on industrial rigging and previous training or assessing background.
- Strong knowledge of lifting regulations, safety protocols and good communication abilities.
- Must have own reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical competency assessments and trade tests for riggers and lifting personnel.
- Ensure alignment with QCTO, SETA, and NQF standards.
- Inspect lifting machinery, gear, and tackle.
- Facilitate safety, and rigging and training programs.
- Compile compliance and technical evaluation reports.
