About the Role
SGH Sensation Global Holdings is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Officer to strengthen our people practices, support our teams, and help build a high-performing organizational culture.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering effective HR solutions across the group, focusing on recruitment, employee integration, performance, compliance, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce planning and organisational design
- Recruitment, selection and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding and integration
- Employee relations and HR compliance
- Performance management and KPI support
- Learning, development and employee growth
- HR systems, records, analytics and reporting
- Providing HR support across the group
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including LRA, BCEA and EEA
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to people management
- Experience working across multiple entities or within a growing organisation will be an advantage
