Purpose of the Role
At BFG, we are passionate about youth empowerment. This 12-month learnership contract is a journey designed to provide valuable workplace experience and practical exposure across various fields within our organization. We are looking for individuals with an optimistic, engaging, can-do attitude, eager to learn and grow through every challenge.

Minimum Requirements
- Recent school leavers who have successfully completed Grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Hold a South African citizenship.
- Demonstrate interest in the manufacturing and engineering industry.
- Reside in Germiston or surrounding areas.
Required Documentation

- Certified Grade 12 or Equivalent (not more than 3 Months old).
- Certified ID Copy (not more than 3 Months old).
