Job Vacancy: Stock Administrator / Stock Controller

WSF Africa is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Stock Administrator / Stock Controller for 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily stock administration and system processing; processing and controlling stock movements, transfers and adjustments.
- Monitoring stock accuracy and investigating discrepancies; assisting with cycle counts and regular stock takes.
- Reconciling physical stock to system quantities; checking supporting documentation for stock movements.
- Identifying and reporting stock variances; maintaining accurate stock records and filing.
- Following up on outstanding or incorrectly processed transactions; assisting with receiving and dispatch-related stock controls; working closely with Finance, Warehouse and Operational teams; ensuring stock procedures and internal controls are consistently followed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Stock Administrator, Stock Controller or similar inventory role; strong administrative and numerical skills.
- Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience working on an ERP/accounting/stock management system.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to investigate discrepancies and follow transactions through to resolution; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong sense of accountability and process discipline.
- Experience working in a wholesale, retail, manufacturing or warehouse environment will be advantageous.
Location:
The position is based in Hennopspark, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring that physical stock movements are correctly reflected on the system.
