We are hiring an Admitted Attorney with a strong background in various legal fields and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of litigation processes and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements (Experience and Qualification)
- LLB Degree
- Right of Appearance in the High and Lower Court would be advanced
- Civil litigation in both High and Lower Court
- Experience in general litigation
- Experience in conducting Trials
- Experience in Civil Litigation, Labour Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Estate Law and Insolvency Law
- Must have a valid driver’s license, own vehicle will be added advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and at least two vernacular languages
- Excellent work ethic, able to thrive in high volume and fast paced litigation environment
- Discreet, self-awareness and positive attitude
- Professional and well presentable
- Innovative, critical thinker and well-spoken
- People skills
Salary
Market related and based on experience.
Commencement
Successful candidate to start immediately.
