Senior Accountant Opportunity at IGH Holdings
IGH (Intercessor Group Holdings), a well-established and growing property development and investment company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Accountant to join their team in Cape Town CBD.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Senior Accountant to manage our financial accounting function and contribute to our dynamic projects. This is an on-site position offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving organization.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification.
- 6-8 years’ accounting experience, including Senior Accountant-level experience.
- Property development, investment or construction experience — ESSENTIAL.
- Extensive Sage 300 Accounting experience — ESSENTIAL.
- Experience with multiple entities, projects, cost centres and development expenditure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full financial accounting function.
- Oversee property development and project accounting.
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage month-end, year-end, VAT and statutory processes.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, controls, reconciliations and Sage 300 processes.
