The Role
As the Operations Compliance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Verification of operational processes
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure adherence to standards
- Ensuring effective audit closure

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- Matric certificate
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of LRA/BCEA (Labour Relations Act / Basic Conditions of Employment Act)
