About The Role
As an Operations Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Verification of operational processes and standards.
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance.
- Managing and executing audit closures effectively.

Minimum Requirements

- Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification).
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Sound knowledge of LRA/BCEA (Labour Relations Act / Basic Conditions of Employment Act).
