We Are Hiring: Facilities Manager
ATI Facilities (Pty) Ltd is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in facilities, operations, or hospitality management and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply!
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field (NQF Level 5 or above).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior, multi-disciplinary facilities, operations, or hospitality management role.
- Proven experience running a business unit, cost centre, or P&L-accountable operation.
- Experience in catering operations, accommodation management, and general property maintenance.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, grounds management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong people management skills, with experience managing multi-site teams and supervisors.
- Excellent client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Valid South African driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
