Showroom Manager – High-End Luxury Furnishings & Finishes
Lumina Personnel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager for a leading provider of high-end architectural design furniture, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware.

Sandton – Johannesburg
Salary & Benefits
R40,000 – R43,000 CTC (Cost to Company) DOE (Depending on Experience) Negotiable. Inclusive of Commission & Benefits.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales targets to achieve showroom objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the showroom image and environment to reflect luxury standards.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with high-value customers.
- Manage, mentor, and develop showroom staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum: National Senior Certificate.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Interior Design.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within a retail showroom environment, preferably in high-end or luxury goods.
- Minimum 3 years of proven people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating shop operations effectively.
- A strong background in interior design, décor, and fabrics is highly valued.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven expertise in sales and customer service, particularly with high-end luxury products.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with and manage performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Point-of-Sale systems, and database management.
- Experience in campaign implementation, branding, public relations, and report writing.
