This role is based across our Johannesburg and Cape Town offices, focusing on complex conveyancing matters, community schemes, and property development.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in handling intricate legal processes related to property and community schemes, ensuring seamless transactions and providing expert legal advice to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer: You must be duly admitted as both an attorney and a conveyancer.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ post-articles experience is essential.
- Specialized Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience in sectional title, body corporate, and Homeowners Association (HOA) matters.
- Drafting Skills: Proficient in development, title deed, and governance drafting.
- Independent Work Ethic: Ability to run complex matters and manage clients independently from start to finish.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel between our Johannesburg (JHB) and Cape Town (CPT) offices as required.
