Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Technical role, performing 1st and 2nd tier support.
- Working knowledge of Networking, Microsoft 365, Firewalls, and Server Management.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
- Can work effectively with the team & maintain great relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse computer systems, networking, and CCTV systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, networking, and onsite client environments.
- CompTIA A+ & N+ certifications preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- This position is based in Gqeberha.
