Requirements:
- A+ qualification/certification a must
- N+ qualification/certification a must
- IT/Computer diploma advantageous
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Hardware & software troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Windows installation/configuration
- Strong networking knowledge
- Printer/network troubleshooting capabilities
- Driver’s licence a must
- Willingness to travel to client sites
