Position: Qualified Warranty Clerk with OEM Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty claims accurately and timeously.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with OEM standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and the OEM.
- Monitor and follow up on claim status and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Motor Industry (advantageous).
- Proven OEM experience as a Warranty Clerk.
- Strong knowledge of warranty processes and policies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems.
